Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with us. As a Japan personal shopper service (代理购买/代购), we purchase items on your behalf directly from Japanese retailers and suppliers. Because we act as a proxy service and orders are fulfilled based on stock availability in Japan, we have specific refund policies you should review before placing an order.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, your order cannot be cancelled or changed under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to changes in product choice, size, color, or delivery details.

  • This is because we begin sourcing and purchasing your items immediately after order confirmation, and suppliers may charge or dispatch without notice.


3. Out of Stock / Unavailable Items – Refund Eligibility

  • If an item you ordered becomes out of stock, discontinued or unavailable from the supplier during the purchasing process, we will contact you promptly using the contact details you provided (e.g., email/WhatsApp).

  • In such cases, you are entitled to a refund for the unavailable item(s). Refunds will be processed:
    • Refund to the original payment method

  • Sale, promotional or bundle items may be handled differently if restocking or replacements are unavailable — and will be outlined at the time of notification.


4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or any customer-initiated reason once the purchase order is confirmed.

  • All sales are final with the exception of out-of-stock refunds as outlined above.


5. Shipping, Delivery & Damaged / Missing Items

  • Please inspect all items carefully upon receipt.

  • If you receive an item that is significantly defective, incorrect, or missing, you must contact us within [7days] of delivery with supporting photos and order details.

  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted. (Processing of such claims will depend on the specific circumstance and supplier policies.)


6. Processing Refunds

Refund Method:

  • Refunds to original payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments) may take [3–10 business days] for funds to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
