A French press allows anyone to easily brew delicious coffee.
Simply pour hot water over coarsely ground coffee beans and let it sit until the coffee is ready, resulting in a consistent, flavorful brew.
A French press extracts all of the coffee's flavor, aroma, and essential oils (coffee oils) to maximize the coffee's natural flavor.

<How to Make French Press Coffee>

Materials:
・Coffee beans
・Grinder
・Kettle
・French press
・Scale
・Timer
・Spoon

Brew time:
4 minutes

Step 1
Boil approximately 600ml of purified water to 93°C. Transfer the boiling water to another kettle, or wait 3-4 minutes for the water to reach around 93°C.

Step 2
Measure out and grind the coffee beans. For single origin coffee, we recommend 28g-30g of beans. This allows you to fully enjoy the unique characteristics of each region. For blends, we recommend 35g-40g of beans. This creates a full-bodied, rich flavor and can be enjoyed with milk or sugar.
* Once the beans are ready, grind them to a medium-fine grind (slightly coarser than granulated sugar).

Step 3
Place the French press on the scale, start the timer, and pour in 400g of hot water. Gently stir with a spoon to wet all the coffee, then cover and let it sit for 4 minutes.

Step 4
After 4 minutes, gently press the plunger all the way down to pour the entire coffee into a cup or carafe.

Step 5
Enjoy in your favorite cup.
